Meet Flasher Toolkit for Redmi Note 3 Snapdragon (Kenzo) with ability to flash not only TWRP with ease but also stock ROM boot and recovery images in one click. It’s not really one click actually but with a press of button in your keyboard since the tool is run in command prompt interface. What is this tool anyway? Created by Feds64, a hero of MIUI community, this flasher tool is a kit of various functions related to flashing recovery into Redmi Note 3 Snapdragon. For your information, flashing TWRP on Kenzo device is not as easy as flashing it onto another MIUI devices like Redmi Note 2, Redmi 3, and even Mi Max due to DM-Verity limitation.

Normally because of DM Verity, in order to install TWRP v3 Recovery on Redmi Note 3 then you have to firstly cook custom boot.img file of MIUI Fastboot ROM using Android Kitchen tool. There is a workaround already to flash TWRP without custom boot image but it requires you to firstly switch from MIUI Stable to Developer build and hence you can make use of native root feature. Moreover, flashing custom recovery is quite an arduous task for some – maybe many – users. Now we should all together say thanks to Feds64 for his wonderful creativity with the release of Flasher Toolkit for Redmi Note 3 Qualcomm Snapdragon variant (codename Kenzo).

You’ll need following things before being able to make use of this Flasher Tool :
A Kenzo device (Redmi Note 3 Snapdragon);
Download Minimal ADB and Fastboot Files;
Latest flashable SuperSU package;
USB Cable – just use the one shipped with your phone;
A computer running Windows 7, 8, 8.1, or 10 64-bit system.
First, enable USB Debugging on your phone.This option is available within Developer Options in Settings area. Read : How to enable Developer Options.
Second, disable Windows Drivers Signature Enforcement on your computer. How to do it? Simply follow these sequence. You can do that by pressing Windows button + i on keyboard to reveal the Settings page. From there you can choose Update & Security >> Recovery >> Advanced startup >> Restart now. Wait a moment for your computer to restart. Next, go to Troubleshoot >> Advanced options >> Startup settings >> Restart. Once your computer restarts, now choose Disable driver signature enforcement which is option number 7. See the video below for more details :
Third, do not forget to firstly create backup of all your important files and data.
Forth, make sure your phone has at least 50% battery juice remaining.
Fifth, install Minimal Fastboot and ADB File installer you have downloaded.
How to use
Step 1 – Download Flasher Toolkit package and extract it in your computer using either Winzip or Winrar.
Step 2 – Grab your phone and its USB cable. Make sure it is turned on (in ON state).
Step 3 – Connect it to your computer using its cable.
Step 4 – Open up Windows Explorer and go to the location of where you have extracted Flasher Toolkit.
Step 5 – Right-click on “Flasher Toolkit v1-03.bat” file and choose Run as administrator.
Step 6 – That’s it. From here you can simply choose which option of menu related to specific task you want to proceed :
Menu #1 : Flash Official TWRP v3.0.2-2
Menu #2 : Flash Mi Stock Boot Image
Menu #3 : Flash Mi Stock Recovery
Menu #4 : Flash Bootless TWRP
Menu #5 : Flash MIUI Fastboot ROM

This task will check whether your phone bootloader is locked or unlocked.
