Xiaomi Mi TV sold 1 million units in nine months to become India's first smart TV brand

Today, the head of Xiaomi India, Manu Kumar Jain, announced that Xiaomi India has sold 1 million units of Xiaomi TVs in 9 months to become India’s first smart TV brand and the first online TV brand. This means that Xiaomi sold 2.5 TVs every minute in these 9 months. The sales volume was 500,000 in 6 months. It then took another 3 months to hit 1 million.

At the end of September, Xiaomi launched three smart TVs in India: Xiaomi TV 4 Pro 55 inches, Xiaomi TV 4A Pro 49 inches, and Xiaomi TV 4C Pro 32 inches. The Xiaomi TV 4 Pro 55-inch has a 4.9mm ultra-thin body, which is claimed to be the world’s thinnest LED TV. It uses a 4K HDR display (with a resolution of 3840×2160) and is equipped with a Cortex A53 quad-core processor. The GPU is Mali-450 MP with 2GB of RAM + 8GB eMMC flash.

More importantly, the Xiaomi TV 4 Pro 55-inch is equipped with the PatchWall artificial intelligence voice system, which provides over 700,000+ hours of content playback and supports voice search. According to the official introduction, you can find the video resources you want to watch through Google Voice Search. It also supports the delivery of mobile content to the TV to achieve a seamless connection between mobile phones and smart TVs.
